Our lawyers have been successfully retained in connection with mostly intricate aspects of public procurement arrangements by strategic public entities, concessionaires, lenders or contractors acting in all the infrastructure sectors (transportation, health, natural resources, community services etc.).
Our team has provided legal advice on the FIDIC Rainbow suite, EPC and standard construction contracts, as well as on the most important regulations in the fields of infrastructure, public procurement or expropriation, being also involved in the enactment process of various related pieces of legislation.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, comprising engineering consultants, our lawyers successfully represented top international or domestic contractors in complex, multi-tiered dispute resolution processes, either based on international FIDIC contracts or following the proceedings under Romanian public procurement regulations.
